To Much to Ask?

I want to hear you
see you,
feel you.
I want to believe in you,
and know that you believe in me.
I want to know that my faith in you is not misplaced.
That I can trust you with the one thing that I hold dear,
my heart.
I want to know where this will lead,
If my time well be well spent.
Tell me that you love me.
Show me that I can trust you.
Take me into your arms
hold me tight.
Never let me go
and i will be yours
forever more.

Like this … we all want this at one time or another in our lives I think. How hard it is to show that vulnerability again once it’s been shattered by someone. Great read Heidi!
